There’s a good population of lake trout

I really love fishing for lake trout, but in my part of Canada, finding good—not to mention accessible—fishing for lakers is a rarity. But that’s exactly what we found while fishing Charleston on the season opener, which is traditionally the fourth Saturday in May.
