Made in collaboration with Survivorman’s Les Stroud, Helle’s Wabakimi knife ($199) is designed for “self-reliance in nature.” Named for northern Ontario’s vast Wabakimi Provincial Park, the lightweight knife features a curly birch handle and a 3.3-inch drop-point blade made of triple-laminated steel. It’s the third knife Stroud has designed with the Norwegian knife maker.
