Venison Vegetable Soup

A hearty and delicious meal to warm you up after a winter hunt.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 2 cans chicken noodle soup
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup other pasta (flat small pasta works best)
  • 1 thinly sliced onion

Preparation

  1. Fry venison and onion together in pan.
  2. Cook thinly sliced carrots in 8 cups of boiling water for 7 minutes and then add chicken noodle soup and other pasta, simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add venison mix and simmer for another 5 minutes.
