Walleye; A remote lake just 2½ hours from Edmonton with good numbers of fish

When to fish: Spring and fall.

Where to fish: In 10 to 24 feet of water out from inflowing creeks.

Tip: Dangle a minnow-tipped jig, or troll a Syclops.
