The new Spro Rat

I’ve known Bill Siemantel for close to 20 years now and he is unquestionably the most innovative lure designer and “out of the box” thinker I’ve ever met.

His tournament wins in California and Nevada are legendary and his Big Bass Zone (BBZ) books and videos are cutting edge.

Had a great visit with Bill this morning and got the “inside scoop” on his new Spro Rat.  If you think it is only for giant largemouth, wait until you hear the stories about smallmouth, northerns and muskies eating this thing.

Bill’s headed to Great Bear Lake in a couple of weeks time and is going to throw it up there for lake trout and pike.  They’re going to crush it.

The real story, though, is the “out of the box” thinking that went into this thing.  I’ll tell it to you when I get back home.
