Details: “As I brought the fish beside the boat, I grabbed my camera and snapped this picture just as it flew out of the water,” says Dominque Poulin (no relation to our 1st-place winner). A longtime angler, Poulin says he’s been taking pictures of the outdoors as often as possible the last few years because he enjoys sharing his experiences with family and friends.
