Consecutive years Otonabee, Ontario, angler Chris Johnston has been named Bassmaster Angler of the Year, making him just the fourth angler to ever win the Bassmaster Elite Series title twice in a row. He is also the first Canadian to earn the prestigious U.S. honour, awarded this past August.
