More Than a Little of the Top
Fish'n Canada's hosts are shaving their heads for cancer research
I’ve got a huge favour to ask of you this sunny but cold winter’s day, and in return, I am going to make you feel much, much better.
Good friends Angelo Viola and Pete Bowman, hosts of the Fish ‘N Canada television show and the Outdoor Journal Radio Show have committed to raising $20,000 for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, as part of a fundraiser called #NOHAIRSELFIE.
And if they raise the money by next weekend, Pete and Ang are going to buzz off their hair – that’s right, shave it all off, live – on next Saturday’s radio show.
Now, I don’t have to remind you that 40-percent of all Canadians will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime. This means you, your significant other and / or one or more of your immediate family members is going to get this dreaded disease.
So, by making a donation today, to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation you’re making an investment in your personal future. An important step to finding a cure for cancer in our lifetime.
Something else you need to know is that 100-percent of the money that Angelo and Pete raise – every single penny – is going directly to fund cancer research.
So, please click on this link and make a donation right now. The amount you donate, large or small, does not matter. Just do it – please.
And then, join Angelo and Pete next Saturday, February 28th between 8:00 – 10:00 EST on Sportsnet The Fan 590 or ODJRadio Unleashed Video webcast and listen in as Angelo and Pete buzz off their golden locks to raise funds for cancer research.
