When to fish: Early June and mid-September to mid-November are best.

Where to fish: Look for sunken humps and weedbeds.

Tip: Toss jerkbaits, glide baits and large soft-plastic twitch baits. Or fly fish with big streamers, Bunny Flies or Dahlberg Divers.
