Designed by Winnipeg’s Danny Toth (2014’s Central Walleye Trail Angler of the Year), this free app keeps track of the sizes of your catches, as well as relevant details such as the lures used, water temperatures and depths, and wind conditions—talk about a terrific way to determine seasonal patterns on a lake. The app is also great for helping tournament anglers determine which of the numbered or colour-coded fish in their livewells they should cull.
