The Canyon offers great towing for a mid-sized truck, along with a quiet, comfy cabin, excellent steering and a surprisingly smooth ride over rough surfaces. Though if you expect to haul heavy loads, consider the higher trim levels, which offer a V6 upgrade or high-torque turbodiesel—both of which offer significantly more oomph than the standard power package.
