Long and narrow, Wakami Lake is near tiny Sultan, Ontario, some 150 kilometres north of Sudbury. Getting there requires navigating a dusty logging road, so fishing pressure is light, with good action for walleye, pike and perch. The best access is via lovely Wakami Lake Provincial Park, which is rustic, but also trailer- and RV-friendly, with many waterfront sites.
