Maximize your fishing time by keeping your gear good to go

RUSTPROOFING

After a wet day of fishing, the best practice is to open up your tackleboxes to let all your lures dry out. But since this isn’t always practical, there are a few things you can do that are almost as good. For one, save the desiccant packs from new clothes or pill bottles, and put them in with your lures. Even better, drill 20 to 30 small holes in your plastic tackle trays to allow any water to drain out and air to circulate.
