Because the Franklin club is open year round, it offers a rare opportunity to test your skills on winter rainbows when the water is still open. And come hardwater season, I’m told there’s red-hot ice fishing, and it’s only a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, which is nice for kids (and the less hardy).
