A hearty and delicious meal to warm you up after a winter hunt.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 2 cans chicken noodle soup
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup other pasta (flat small pasta works best)
- 1 thinly sliced onion
Preparation
- Fry venison and onion together in pan.
- Cook thinly sliced carrots in 8 cups of boiling water for 7 minutes and then add chicken noodle soup and other pasta, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add venison mix and simmer for another 5 minutes.
