Be prepared to share the river with hundreds of other boats on any given day during the run. Though it’s busy, it’s still highly productive. Our boat caught fish in a packed field of anglers a stone’s throw from the United States Steel Mill (pictured). And while this kind of fishing is about as far from a remote fly-in lodge experience as you can get, it’s fun because there’s always something interesting on the river to see.
