I’ve always loved tenting, but to be honest, as the years go by I’m getting less enthusiastic about it—at least during that magical time in late June when both blackflies and mosquitoes are out, rain is likely and the nights are still brisk. The two-bedroom cabin, complete with dining and reclining areas sleeps six, and is not only beautiful, it overlooks the water. And as you’ll see from one of the rainy fishing shots, we ended up being pretty grateful for that roof and fireplace.
