#1  LIQUID FUEL STOVES

These typically burn white gas (naphtha), although some use other liquid fuels such as gasoline, diesel or kerosene. The fuel is stored in either an onboard tank or a refillable fuel bottle, then pressurized with a pump to feed the burner. These efficient stoves will continue working in the cold and at high elevations; some are better for simmering, while others are best for boiling. Note that they require periodic maintenance and can be somewhat finicky to use.
