#3 THE TWILIGHT ZONE

The twilight zone is where the sunlight melds into the eerie darkness of the depths, making for a magnificent edge that conceals finned predators. You can easily find this zone by first dropping down a silver spoon and stopping it as soon as you lose sight of it. Next, depending on the water clarity, either lift your rod tip up high or reel in line to estimate how many feet you let out. Now double that length and your bait will reach the twilight zone. And once you’ve determined how deep the zone is, concentrate on fishing structures such as underwater points, rock piles, reefs and shoals that correspond with that depth.
