#7 The night sky almost defies description

It had been a while since I’d been far away from the light pollution of cities and towns (while also encountering clear skies), and I’d forgotten the breathtaking beauty of the northern night sky during summer. Setting aside the fishing, the wildlife and the waterfront setting, the view of the sky from my campsite alone was worth the trip. I even checked a thesaurus in search of the right words to describe the light show, but nothing does it justice. You’ve just got to see it for yourself.
