Cook them correctly
Be sure to bring seasoning to accompany your fish dinners. Brook trout are great on their own, but to spruce it up, add some Old Bay Seasoning and coat your fish with Uncle Buck’s Hot & Spicy Fish Batter Mix. Then, pan fry with oil or lard.
