It features a microcomputer-controlled digital braking system that kicks in 1/1,000th of a second after you cast. With the digital control set to maximum, you can cast into the wind and the spool won’t overrun, even if you don’t apply thumb pressure. And when you lower the digital control, the reel operates the same as the popular Curado.
