Details: Chris Yaehne took this selfie with a feathered friend as he sat in his treestand waiting to arrow a white-tailed deer. “I had seen the little guy on the ground and he didn’t get frightened, so I left him alone,” Yaehne says. “After I climbed into my stand, he made his way up a tree beside me then jumped over to me and sat on my bow for half an hour, just looking at me. Then he crawled on my jacket and decided to climb up on top of my head. He perched there for probably 45 minutes before he got bored and took off.”
